Questions, answered
How your score works, what friends see, and what happens to your photos
What makes Nutrilogue different?
It goes past calories. Every meal shows protein, fiber, eleven vitamins and minerals, and what to watch, like sodium and added sugar. Your day comes down to one score out of 100, shaped by your goals.
How do I log a meal?
Snap a photo, scan a packaged food’s barcode, or type what you ate in your own words.
Can friends see my meals?
No. In duels and leagues only scores meet. Friends see your score, never your meals.
What happens to my photos?
A photo is sent to an AI model to estimate what’s on the plate. Our servers keep the estimate, not the photo. The details are in the privacy policy.
Does it only track calories?
No. It tracks calories plus 18 macros and micros: protein, carbs, fat, fiber, added sugar, saturated fat and sodium, and eleven vitamins and minerals. Adults can choose to see calorie numbers; otherwise you see whether you’re fuelled.
How do my goals change things?
Pick one or more: build muscle, lose weight, more energy, overall health. Your goals decide which nutrients come first, and the parts of your score they feed count for more.
Can it use results from my physical?
Yes. Add what your doctor flagged, like high cholesterol or low iron, and your targets and your score adjust to it. With high cholesterol, for example, saturated fat goes on watch and fiber comes first. Your doctor’s advice still comes first.
How accurate is it?
Estimates from photos are roughly ±30%, so treat them as a good guide, not a lab result. You can set the portion, everyone is scored the same way, and eating less never raises your score.
Can teens use it?
Yes, from 13. Teens get a teen mode with no weight tracking, no calorie numbers and no weight-loss goal, and duels and leagues pair them only with other teens. Under 13 can’t sign up.
Is this medical advice?
No. Nutrilogue gives general nutrition estimates. For a medical condition, allergies or a special diet, talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian.
When can I get it?
